What is the deposit policy, and how does it work?

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. For the Tasting Menu, it's 1,000 THB per person, and for A La Carte, it's 500 THB per person. This deposit is non-refundable but will be credited towards your final bill on the day of your reservation. Please note that booking and transaction fees are separate and will not be credited.

Is parking available, and what are the charges?

Yes, parking is available at The Cat Tower in the Grand Postal Building for 20 THB per hour. Parking is also available in the alley Charoen Krung 43.

How do I inform the restaurant about dietary restrictions or special requests?

Please include any special requests, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs, in the 'Special Requests' section during the booking process. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee them. For vegetarian options, please provide at least one day's notice, as same-day requests cannot be fulfilled.

What is the restaurant's policy regarding children and wheelchair accessibility?

We welcome children aged 5 years and older. Please be advised that the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.

What happens if my chosen reservation time is unavailable?

Your reservation is automatically confirmed for your chosen date and time, unless that time slot is fully booked. If your selected time is unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to propose alternative dates and times. We will contact you via the email address that you provided during the booking process.

What is the corkage fee, and is there a private floor available?

The corkage fee is 500 THB per bottle. A private floor is available for rental with a minimum spend of 50,000 THB (plus service charge and tax). Please request the private floor in the 'Special Requests' box during booking.
